Worley has delivered another strong set of results for the full year 2025, with growth in revenue, earnings and margins. The company has consistently delivered growth, with aggregated revenue and EBITA growing at a 17% and 15% CAGR respectively from FY22 to FY25. Worley's differentiated business model, with a focus on higher value solutions, has driven earnings resilience, with the company able to maintain and capture growth through changing market conditions. The company's commercial and financial discipline, as well as its strong balance sheet, have supported it through a more uncertain operating environment, with macro trends driving demand in its customers' end markets.
