Talius Group Ltd, an ASX-listed aged care technology company, has reported its HY2025 results. The company's sales revenue increased by 21% on the prior corresponding period (PCP) to $4.2M, driven by strong performance in the second quarter and continued focus on cost rationalisation. Talius' annualised recurring revenue (ARR) now stands at $3.2M, and its subscriptions grew to over 49,200, an increase of 39% on PCP. The company also reported that approximately 12,000 Talius PERs products have been sold and delivered but are pending installation, with commissioning targeted for H2FY25. Talius' first half performance was positively impacted by a profitable second quarter and a continued focus on cost rationalisation, resulting in a $300K cost reduction on PCP. The company also achieved several key milestones, including the successful rollout of a contract with Hato Hone St Johns (HHSJ) in New Zealand, and the expansion of its focus into the 'beyond care' market through material interest in the Talius tracker across new sectors.
Talius Group Ltd expects continued strong sales pipeline with major contracts won and a number of tenders expected to be delivered in 2H25 and beyond. The company is also expanding its enterprise-grade products into the Home Care market, with multiple key partners now moving from pilot to implementation. The new Aged Care Bill is expected to provide a significant tailwind and funding for the sector, and the company's 'Beyond Care' vertical is gaining traction, especially with the onboarding of Wesco Anixter and a purchase order received.
Talius Group Ltd is focused on driving material subscription growth based on already contracted wins and new pipeline conversions. The company is also continuing to pursue opportunities in the Home Care and Residential Aged Care (RAC) markets, and is enhancing its Talius Tracker (RTLS software) with material opportunities presenting. The company has been selected for the BEDA Medtech accelerator program, which provides exposure to key government agencies and investors with global scaling potential.
