Alcidion Group Ltd reports FY25 results
- 10% increase in revenue to $40.8 million
- Profit of $1.7 million, up from $8.4 million loss in FY24
- Material new sales in ANZ and UK driving revenue growth
- Restructuring in FY24 H2 decreased staff costs by $4 million
Alcidion Group Limited has reported its financial results for the year ended 30 June 2025, with a 10% increase in revenue to $40.8 million and a return to profitability with a $1.7 million profit, up from an $8.4 million loss in the prior year. The material improvement in financial performance was driven by a $3.7 million (10%) increase in revenue, contributing to a $4.1 million increase in margin. This revenue growth was largely attributable to material new sales in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, including Hume, Peninsula, and NALHN in ANZ, and NCIC and Hywel Dda in the UK. Additionally, the company's restructuring efforts in the second half of FY24, which resulted in a $3 million decrease in ongoing staff costs and a $0.9 million decrease in restructuring costs, contributed to the improved profitability. The company also reported an increase in the income tax benefit of $1.1 million, largely due to the unwinding of the deferred tax liability associated with the ongoing amortisation of acquired intangible assets.
