Full Summary

Comms Group Limited (ASX:CCG), a leading global telecommunications and IT services business, has released its financial results for the full year ended 30 June 2025 (FY25). The company achieved revenue and underlying EBITDA of $56.6m and $5.7m respectively, at the top end of the guidance range. Comms Group saw a total of $10.4m in new ARR sales contracts during the year, an increase of 35% compared to FY24. The company also finalised the acquisition of leading Tasmanian telco TasmaNet, with the integration tracking to expectations. While underlying EBITDA declined compared to the prior year due to higher costs, primarily attributable to additional resources added to the Global & Wholesale Unified Comms division, Comms Group delivered operating cash flow of $3.6m and free cash flow of $3.3m, which included one-off costs related to the TasmaNet acquisition. Excluding these acquisition costs, cash flow from operations increased by 13% compared to the prior year. Looking ahead, Comms Group is focused on the successful integration of TasmaNet, the rationalisation of duplicated networks and platforms, and the continued growth of its Global & Wholesale Unified Communications, Collaboration and Communication, and Secure Managed IT Solutions divisions.

Guidance

Comms Group is targeting run-rate revenue of $75m+ and run-rate underlying EBITDA of $9m to $10m once TasmaNet is fully transitioned.

Outlook

FY26 is poised to be a year of momentum, driven by the company's strategic focus on expansion and growth, with key initiatives across all divisions, including the successful integration of TasmaNet, rationalisation of duplicated networks and platforms, and continued growth in the Global & Wholesale Unified Communications, Collaboration and Communication, and Secure Managed IT Solutions divisions.
