Atturra Limited, a leading technology services business, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Blue Connections Pty Ltd. Blue Connections is a provider of comprehensive IT solutions, including networking, security, and unified communications & collaboration services. The company also partners with leading global vendors and is a Microsoft Partner and certified Cloud Solution Provider. Blue Connections offers IT procurement services across various sectors and operates an Australian-based 24/7 service desk. The upfront consideration for the acquisition is $18 million in cash, with an additional earn-out/post-completion consideration of up to $7.5 million in cash or shares subject to performance hurdles and retention of key staff. Integration costs have been budgeted at $500,000. The acquisition will significantly enhance Atturra's credentials as a leading provider in managed services, strengthening its service capabilities and expanding its client base and portfolio of offerings. Blue Connections' client roster has minimal overlap with Atturra's, providing an opportunity to broaden Atturra's revenue streams and market reach. The acquisition aligns with Atturra's strategic focus on scaling its managed services capabilities and will establish a key operational hub for the business in Victoria, supporting continued national expansion.

Atturra expects the acquisition of Blue Connections to contribute to its financial performance in the 2026 and 2027 financial years, with the earn-out/post-completion consideration of up to $7.5 million in cash or shares subject to Blue Connections achieving audited EBIT targets for those years.
