Full Summary

Astral Resources has reported assay results for a 19-hole (2,971-metre) in-fill reverse circulation (RC) drill program completed recently at the Iris Deposit, part of the company's 100%-owned Mandilla Gold Project near Kalgoorlie. The program comprised two lines of drilling to follow up the successful in-fill RC program reported in December 2024. The additional two lines have increased the in-filled area (40 metre by 20 metre drill spacing) at the Iris deposit to 140 metres by 360 metres. Best results include 4 metres at 21.3g/t Au from 91m, 2 metres at 12.8g/t Au from 120m, 21 metres at 1.59g/t Au from 148m, 23 metres at 1.00g/t Au from 156m, and 15 metres at 1.22g/t Au from 110m. The very high-grade results in MDRC983 are located outside of the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) pit designs, suggesting potential to provide additional high-grade feed for the proposed Mandilla Process Plant. Follow-up in-fill drilling south of this hole is planned. The company also provided updates on exploration activities at its Spargoville and Feysville projects.

Outlook

Astral currently has two RC drill rigs on site - one finishing off a 13,500-metre regional RC program at Spargoville and the second completing the first phase of a three-phase in-fill program at Theia, which will encompass 99 holes for approximately 10,000 metres. Diamond drilling targeting high-grade shear-hosted gold mineralisation within and immediately adjacent to Theia is expected to commence early in the December Quarter.
