DeSoto Resources Limited has announced results from trench sampling at its Dadjan and Tole Gold Projects in Guinea. At the Dadjan Main Zone, trench sampling returned high-grade gold results, including 6m at 1.17 g/t Au (including 2m at 2.1 g/t Au), 2m at 1.82 g/t Au (including 1m at 3.24 g/t Au), and 2m at 3.95 g/t Au. Spot rock chip samples from the Tole project also returned good grades up to 5.56 g/t Au. The company is planning a 10,000m RC drilling program to commence in mid-September across the Dadjan, Tole and Timbakouna projects. Infill soil sampling programs are also underway at Timbakouna ahead of the maiden drilling program. DeSoto has an existing Strategic Exploration and Collaboration Agreement with Wassolon Mining Group, which covers the company's Siguiri Basin tenure and allows for the joint pursuit of new exploration opportunities in Guinea.
DeSoto is planning a 10,000m RC drilling program to commence in mid-September across the Dadjan, Tole and Timbakouna projects. The company is also conducting infill soil sampling programs at Timbakouna ahead of the maiden drilling program.
