Lunnon Metals Limited (ASX: LM8) has reported on the progress of exploration programs at Hustler and Defiance West, both priority targets at its Kambalda Gold & Nickel Project. Hustler highlights: Gold assays from follow-up reverse circulation (RC) drilling have confirmed a robust mineralised structure, with multiple significant drill results including 20m @ 1.48g/t Au, 4m @ 2.95g/t Au and 3m @ 1.97g/t Au. The updated geological interpretation indicates Hustler has two dominant structures, a main thicker structure with sub-horizontal components near surface and a second structure below in the footwall. Defiance West: The second diamond drill (DD) hole in the program, LBS25DD_002, intersected anomalous silver, copper and zinc intervals within an extensive iron-sulphide rich sediment. While no significant gold mineralisation was observed, the structural complexity indicated by the detailed logging maintains the prospectivity of this target, and further investigation is warranted. The new data collected will assist in guiding future target generation in this essentially untested area down plunge of the extensive multi-million ounce Victory-Defiance-Conqueror mineralised system.
