High-Grade Copper Drilling Results at Golden Grove
- High-grade copper results highlight potential for mine life extensions of existing Gossan Hill deposits
- Results highlight Cervantes' potential as a high-quality future growth option at Golden Grove
- Resource Extension and Resource Conversion drilling confirms high grade zones
29Metals Limited (ASX: 29M) announced results from Near Mine Exploration, Resource Extension, and Resource Conversion drilling at its Golden Grove operations. The drilling results include high-grade copper intercepts at the Tryall, Oizon, and Europa deposits, which have the potential to extend the mine life of the existing Gossan Hill deposits. The drilling also highlighted the potential of the Cervantes deposit as a future high-quality growth option for Golden Grove, with Resource Extension drilling intercepting high-grade zinc and copper mineralisation along strike to the north of the current Mineral Resource estimates, and Resource Conversion drilling confirming high grade zones consistent with the current geological understanding. The results reported are not included in 29Metals' updated Mineral Resources & Ore Reserves estimates as of 31 December 2024, and the company plans to include them in the next update during the March Quarter 2025. The 2025 drill program to test priority targets at Golden Grove remains ongoing, with approximately 21,000m of drilling remaining across the target areas.
