Spacetalk Ltd (ASX: SPA) has requested a trading halt in its fully paid ordinary shares and listed options, effective from the commencement of trade on Thursday, 11 September 2025. The trading halt has been requested to assist the company in managing its disclosure obligations and to maintain an orderly market, in connection with a proposed capital raising via institutional and sophisticated investors. The trading halt is expected to remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday, 15 September 2025, or the release of an announcement to the ASX concerning the outcome of the capital raising. Spacetalk anticipates the trading halt will cease upon the earlier of a release of an announcement by the company on the capital raising or on commencement of normal trading on Monday, 15 September 2025. Spacetalk is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
