Spodumene Confirmed at Harry and Hermione Discoveries
- High-grade lithium intercepts from first two diamond holes at Bolt Cutter Central discovery
- X-Ray Diffraction confirms spodumene as dominant lithium mineral
- Pegmatites remain open in all directions, RC drilling planned to test extensions
Wildcat Resources Ltd has reported assay and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) results from the first two diamond drill holes at its Bolt Cutter Central lithium discovery, located approximately 10km west of its Tabba Tabba Lithium-Tantalum Project in Western Australia. The diamond drilling has successfully delineated high-grade spodumene-bearing pegmatite, with best intercepts including 4.9m @ 1.6% Li2O, 12.8m @ 2.0% Li2O, and 5.1m @ 2.1% Li2O. XRD analysis confirmed spodumene as the dominant lithium mineral in the pegmatites, validating the geological logging. The Bolt Cutter Central discovery remains open in all directions, and the company plans to commence RC drilling in late September to test the main Hermione trend, extend the Harry pegmatites, and explore three other identified trends. Wildcat remains well-funded with $55.1 million in cash as at 30 June 2025 to advance exploration and development activities.
Wildcat plans to commence RC drilling in late September to further explore and delineate the lithium mineralization at the Bolt Cutter Central discovery, including testing the main Hermione trend, extending the Harry pegmatites, and evaluating three other identified trends.
