BPM Minerals Ltd (ASX: BPM) has executed a Heritage Agreement with the Upurli Upurli Nguratja Aboriginal Corporation (UUNAC), the Traditional Owners, covering exploration activities over key tenure at the Company's recently acquired Forelands Gold Project. The Heritage Agreement establishes clear protocols for cultural heritage management and engagement. A heritage survey is currently being scheduled and is anticipated to commence in Q4 2025. Following the completion of the heritage survey, BPM plans to immediately commence a maiden RC drilling program at the Beachcomber prospect. The Company has also received a Program of Work (PoW) approval from the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Energy (DMPE) for a 3,000m, 25-hole RC drilling program at the priority Beachcomber Prospect. Beachcomber represents a near-term drill focus, with stacked, high-grade gold bearing quartz lodes open in all directions on granted tenure. The Forelands Gold Project is a district-scale position covering approximately 630 km² along the Yilgarn Craton-Albany Fraser Orogen margin, an analogous tectonic setting to the +8 Moz Tropicana gold deposit. The project is strategically located approximately 150 km east of Kalgoorlie, with excellent access and proximity to multiple operating mills, providing optionality for toll treatment of future resources. BPM's balance sheet has been strengthened by the recent sale of its shares in Capricorn Metals Ltd. (ASX:CMM), delivering around $1.05 million in cash, which will fund the upcoming drilling program at Forelands.

BPM is anticipating the commencement of the maiden Beachcomber drilling program in the coming months, following the completion of the heritage survey. The Company looks forward to working closely with the Upurli Upurli Nguratja community as it advances exploration at the Forelands Gold Project.
