Thrive Tribe Technologies Limited (ASX:1TT) has announced that it has received firm funding commitments from sophisticated and professional investors totalling ~$500,000 through a placement (Placement). Under the Placement, the Company will issue 195,924,765 new shares (Placement Shares) at an issue price of $0.002552 per share, which represents a 20% discount to the last 5-day Volume Weighted Average Price. The Placement Shares will be issued pursuant to shareholder approval obtained on 16 July 2025. The Company intends to apply the funds raised under the Placement towards general working capital and the costs of the Placement. Clee Capital Pty Ltd is acting as the lead manager to the Placement and will receive a management fee of 2% and a capital raising fee of 4% of the amount raised (plus GST).
