Jatcorp Ltd (ASX: JAT), a leading producer of supplementary food and plant-based products, has announced the appointment of Dr Xinpeng (Sean) Li as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 10, 2025. Dr Li was appointed as an Executive Director in March 2025 and has been acting as CEO since the resignation of Sunny Liang. Dr Li has over 10 years of international experience in commercialization, investment analysis, business operation and development, with a strong focus on sustainable development and strategic investment. Prior to joining Jatcorp, he held senior leadership roles at Power Construction Corporation of China (POWERCHINA), a Fortune Global 100 enterprise, where he led multi-million-dollar projects across the China mainland, Germany, and Hong Kong and completed multiple cross-border acquisitions. In Australia, Dr Li has held technical and research roles at the University of Sydney and UNSW Canberra, with a focus on Chemistry and sustainable technologies.
