IMEXHS Limited (ASX: IME) has entered into a radiology services contract with Oncolife, a leading cancer-focused healthcare provider in Colombia. Oncolife operates a hospital in north Bogotá as its main site, with additional centres in Villavicencio and Zipaquirá, all dedicated to the treatment of cancer patients and requiring high-complexity diagnostic procedures, including advanced radiology services. Under the contract, IMEXHS will provide radiology services to Oncolife's network, supported by the deployment of IMEXHS' RIS/PACS platform, patient portal, and selected AI diagnostic layers. The initial term of the contract is one year, commencing immediately, and is expected to contribute approximately A$1.4 million in New Annual Recurring Revenue (NARR), which includes both radiology services and software revenue. The contract operates under the Company's new pricing structure implemented in 2024. IMEXHS CEO Dr Germán Arango commented that the agreement underscores the strength of the company's radiology services offering in high-complexity care, supported by its integrated software solutions and AI modules, and demonstrates the effectiveness of its new pricing model to deliver improved profitability alongside growth. This contract further consolidates IMEXHS's position as a leading provider of radiology services in Latin America and supports the Company's strategy of expanding high-value partnerships in specialised healthcare segments.
