Rapid Critical Metals Ltd (Rapid) has entered into a Tenement Sale and Purchase Agreement with ASX-listed Lode Resources Ltd (Lode) to acquire 100% of the Webbs Consol Silver Project in northeast NSW, comprising EL 8933 and EL 9454. The consideration payable by Rapid includes A$3 million at completion, a further A$750,000 payable 12 months post-completion, 115 million new Rapid shares issued to Lode, and a 2.0% net smelter return royalty on all mineral products extracted and sold from the project. Rapid may repurchase the royalty for A$2 million. Rapid's Managing Director, Byron Miles, stated that the acquisition significantly increases the company's scale and consolidates one of the highest-grade silver projects in Australia. The transaction is subject to Rapid shareholders approving the necessary resolutions at an Extraordinary General Meeting.
