EOS Provides Full Year 2025 Outlook and Contract Backlog Update
- 2025 revenue expected to be $115-125 million from existing contracts
- Potential for up to $25 million additional revenue from new orders in 2025
- Contract backlog increased to $299 million, up $163 million from December 2024
EOS has provided an update on its full year 2025 outlook and contract backlog. The company previously announced 1H 2025 revenue of $44.1 million and reiterated that 2025 revenues were expected to be biased towards the second half of the year. During September 2025, EOS continued to manufacture products and work on securing new orders, including from advanced opportunities that could contribute to 2025 revenue. Some of these advanced opportunities include a $100 million remote weapon system (RWS) contract in Australia, a $20 million RWS sale to a European customer, and a $50 million counter-drone RWS sale to a North American customer. However, the timing of some previously expected orders has been delayed, with the revenue from these now expected in Q4 2025 or 2026. Based on current information, EOS has assessed that the expected full year 2025 revenue from existing contracts is $115-125 million. The company continues to pursue additional new orders that could contribute up to $25 million more in 2025 revenue. EOS has also secured several new orders during 2025, including a $53 million Slinger counter-drone systems contract, a $125 million high energy laser weapon contract, and an $11 million space and space control contract. As a result, the company's contract backlog has increased to approximately $299 million, up $163 million from the end of 2024.
EOS expects full year 2025 revenue of $115-125 million from existing contracts, with potential for up to an additional $25 million from new orders.
