PWR Holdings Limited (PWR or the Company) is pleased to announce that its Stapylton headquarters was successfully connected to the south-east Queensland electricity grid over the weekend, almost three months after moving the majority of its operating assets to the new headquarters. This connection means the company no longer needs to rely on the four generators it had been using to operate the site, which had required the daily supply of diesel and incurred additional expenses. The connection also allows PWR to connect its 1.8MW of solar into the grid, reducing the company's electricity bills and greenhouse gas emissions. Managing Director Kees Weel expressed the company's excitement at this milestone, stating that it has been a long journey to secure this connection. The successful connection of the Stapylton site to the electricity grid marks an important step forward for PWR, as it reduces operational costs and environmental impact while enabling the company to leverage its renewable energy assets.
