Full Summary

Auric Mining Limited (ASX: AWJ) has announced the completion of the acquisition of the Burbanks Gold Processing Facility and all related assets on 30 September 2025. The acquisition was made for a price of AUD $4,400,000 (plus GST), which represents a significant discount to the intrinsic and replacement value of the asset. The Burbanks Plant is a 180,000 tonne per annum primary crushing, grinding and Carbon in Leach (CIL) processing facility, with elution, gold room, laboratory and administrative facilities. It is fully permitted with key infrastructure including power, water, tailings dams and includes granted mining and infrastructure leases, operating licences and environmental approvals. The plant is located approximately 10km south of the Coolgardie town centre in Western Australia, providing valuable synergies with Auric's projects and regional network. The facility requires refurbishment and a complete review of longer-term operations, but the acquisition price represents a clear value-creation opportunity for the company. The addition of this processing plant will give Auric full management control of the production cycle, from mining of ore through to pouring gold, removing dependence on third-party toll milling. Auric is highly confident that the Burbanks Plant can be optimized to process not only Auric's ore but also become a facility that other third parties will seek to use for toll treatment or other similar gold production arrangements.

Outlook

Auric is endeavouring to have complete control over its production through the acquisition of the Burbanks Plant. The company has engaged expert consultants to provide costing scenarios and detailed analysis on optimal mill size, with the likely outcome being an upgrade to the production capacity.
