BPH Global Ltd has been suspended from quotation on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under Listing Rule 17.5. The suspension is effective from the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 1 October 2025, due to the company not lodging the relevant periodic report by the due date. If the report is lodged between the closure of the market announcements office on Tuesday, 30 September 2025, and the imposition of the suspension, BPH Global Ltd's securities will normally be reinstated to quotation on the next trading day after the suspension is imposed.
