OpenLearning Ltd (ASX: OLL) has requested an immediate trading halt on its securities, pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising. The company has advised that the trading halt is necessary to assist in managing its continuous disclosure obligations, as it expects to make an announcement to the market in relation to the proposed capital raising. The trading halt is requested to remain in place until the earlier of the company making an announcement regarding the proposed capital raising and the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 8 October 2025. The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt. The request has been approved by the CEO of OpenLearning Ltd.
