ClearVue Raises A$4.6 Million in Strongly Supported Placement
- ClearVue raised A$4.6 million at a share price of $0.18 from institutional and other investors
- Funds will support international commercialisation, product compliance and certifications, and continued innovation
- Growing global network of license and strategic partners
ClearVue Technologies Limited, a renewable energy smart building materials company, has announced the successful closing of a A$4.6 million capital raising (before expenses) through a placement to institutional and accredited investors. The company will issue 25,689,625 shares at a price of A$0.18 per share. The placement was heavily bid and attracted strong demand, exceeding the company's original A$5.5 million target. To maintain fairness and limit unnecessary dilution, all allocations were proportionately scaled back. The funds raised will enable the full international certification of new products, including ClearVue's Gen3 Vision Glass, and will be pivotal in completing the development of world-first technologies to maintain and expand the company's competitive advantage. The placement was supported by RM Capital and Spark+ as co-lead managers. ClearVue's Managing Director and CEO, Douglas Hunt, expressed his appreciation for the continued confidence of the company's shareholder base, stating that the support of stakeholders has been a driving force for the new management team in changing the company's direction. The capital raise will also support ClearVue's strategy of continuous innovation through its dedicated research and development, as well as the ongoing growth of its global network of license and strategic partners.
The capital raise will enable ClearVue to drive international commercialisation, strengthen product certifications and compliance, and support continued innovation across its Solar Façade technologies while growing its global partner network.
