Buxton Resources Limited (ASX: BUX & BUXO) has announced the appointment of Mr Martin Moloney as the new Managing Director, effective immediately. Moloney previously served as the Chief Executive Officer since 2023 and has been instrumental in advancing the company's exploration portfolio across Western Australia and the United States. His promotion to Managing Director reflects his leadership, technical expertise and commitment to driving the Company's strategic growth initiatives. Chairman Gervaise Heddle commented that Moloney has done an outstanding job leading Buxton's operations and building strong momentum across its projects. His deep technical understanding, combined with a clear strategic vision, makes him the right person to guide Buxton through its next phase of growth and value creation. The Company also advises that Mr Jared Jacob has resigned as a Non-Executive Director following his recent appointment to a senior role with Sandfire Resources Limited.
