Full Summary

Alkane Resources Limited has reported its Ore Reserves and Mineral Resources for the Tomingley Gold Project (TGP) and the Boda-Kaiser Deposits (Boda-Kaiser Project) as at 30 June 2025. The TGP includes the Tomingley Gold Operations (Tomingley or TGO) of Wyoming One, Wyoming Three, Caloma One and Caloma Two deposits. With full underground operations at the Roswell deposit, this and the nearby San Antonio and McLeans deposits are now included in the Tomingley operation Resource and Reserve estimations. The Peak Hill Gold Project remains a separate development option within the TGP. The Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve estimates for the Boda and Kaiser gold-copper porphyry deposits within the North Molong Porphyry Project (NMPP) remain unchanged from the previous reporting. Alkane has robust governance arrangements and internal controls in place to ensure compliance with the JORC Code 2012 in its external reporting. The Tomingley deposits are typical orogenic style with gold found within quartz-chlorite-pyrite-arsenopyrite veining. The underground resource is restricted to material below the original open pit depths. The revised Roswell underground resource is based on detailed grade control core drilling. The San Antonio open pit resources and McLeans underground resources remain unchanged but are subject to pre-mining grade control drilling. The reported Ore Reserves are based on the current Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources using TGO mine design parameters and incorporate the existing site costs and modifying factors. Ore production is scheduled at 1,300ktpa and is trucked to surface using a fleet of four underground trucks. Both near-mine and regional exploration continues in the Tomingley area with a focus on developing additional resources that can be processed through the TGO plant.
