INOVIQ Limited (ASX: IIQ) has successfully completed the issue of 27,142,856 fully paid ordinary shares to institutional and sophisticated investors, raising $27.1 million. The company has also launched a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) offering existing shareholders the opportunity to apply for up to $30,000 worth of new shares at $0.35 per share, the same price as the placement. INOVIQ is seeking to raise up to $2 million through the SPP, with the capacity to accept oversubscriptions at the company's discretion. The SPP Booklet will be dispatched to eligible shareholders, and the SPP is scheduled to open on 17 October 2025 and close on 29 October 2025. INOVIQ expects the shares issued under the SPP to commence trading on or about 5 November 2025.
