Board Changes - Chair and Lead Indept Director appointments

• Kees Weel retires as Managing Director, elected as new Chairman
• Kristen Podagiel appointed as Lead Independent Director
• Kym Osley joins Nomination and Remuneration Committee

PWR Holdings Limited (ASX: PWH) has announced several changes to its board following the company's Annual General Meeting. Kees Weel, who previously served as the Managing Director, has retired from that position and been elected by the board as the new Chairman. Kristen Podagiel has been appointed as the Lead Independent Director and will receive an additional $20,000 per annum for this role. The board has also adopted a revised Board Charter and Non-Executive Director Remuneration Policy to guide the board's processes given that the Board Chairman is not considered independent. Additionally, Kym Osley has been appointed as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, replacing Roland Dane. Finally, Lisa Dalton, who has been PWR's Company Secretary since before the company's listing in 2015, has retired, and Alexandra Coleman has commenced as the new Company Secretary.
