Visible Antimony in Drilling - Mt Clement
- First 4 diamond holes (727m) completed, all intersecting visible antimony mineralisation
- On-site XRF core scanning confirms presence of antimony mineralisation in quartz-sulphide stockwork veins
- Two additional diamond rigs mobilised to fast-track drilling, including two EIS co-funded holes
Black Cat Syndicate Limited ('Black Cat' or 'the Company') is pleased to provide an update on drilling activities at the 100% owned Mt Clement Antimony Project ('Mt Clement') located ~30km from the Paulsens Gold Operation ('Paulsens'). The first 4 diamond holes (727m) have been completed of an ~6,000m program and all 4 holes intersected visible antimony mineralisation, with 1 hole drilled outside the current Resource. Assays for all 4 holes are expected in November 2025. On-site XRF core scanning of the first 3 holes using the Veracio TrueScan system has confirmed the presence of antimony mineralisation within a stockwork zone of quartz-sulphide veining up to 14m width down hole (~9.5m true width). Two additional diamond rigs have been mobilised to focus on completing two Exploration Incentive Scheme ('EIS') co-funded drill holes, targeting multiple lodes as well as the depth extent of the mineralised system. Additional infill and extensional drilling of the current Resource is also planned. The Company has also appointed Mr John Burgess as Project Manager for Mt Clement, bringing over 45 years of experience across base and precious metals projects.
The Company is fast-tracking the drilling program at Mt Clement, including prioritising two EIS co-funded holes to test the width of the mineralised system. Metallurgical test work will also be undertaken as part of the program to progress studies on the project.
