Shallow, High-Grade Gold Intercepts Extend Hopes Hill Trend
- Maiden drill program at Hopes Hill North and Hopes Hill South confirms +2.5km strike across the Hopes Hill trend
- High-grade gold intercepts include 11.9m @ 2.9 g/t Au and 34.0m @ 2.5 g/t Au
- Historical results highlight high-grade, untested potential across the expanding trend
Golden Horse Minerals Limited (ASX: GHM) is pleased to announce shallow, high-grade drill results from the maiden RC drill program at Hopes Hill North and Hopes Hill South, extending mineralisation to over 2.5km in strike. Results confirm the prospectivity and high-grade nature of the expanding Hopes Hill corridor and highlight the fertile, underexplored target area with strong potential for further discovery. Ongoing RC and diamond drilling along the broader Hopes Hill area continues, with one RC and two DD rigs deployed, targeting depth and strike extensions to the known mineralised lodes. At Hopes Hill North, located ~800m north of the previously mined Hopes Hill Pit, drill hole GHHNRC003 intersected shallow, high-grade mineralisation, with mineralisation open in all directions. Hopes Hill South, located ~500m south of Hopes Hill, also delivered shallow, high-grade results including 2m @ 4.2 g/t Au from 27m and 1m @ 6.8 g/t Au from 16m. Drilling at Hopes Hill Main has confirmed high-grade down dip extensions, with intersections such as 11.9m @ 2.9 g/t Au from 200.1m and 34.0m @ 2.5 g/t Au from 193m. The results reinforce the camp-scale opportunity at Hopes Hill, with over 2.5km of mineralised strike. Golden Horse will continue to aggressively explore the Hopes Hill trend, while also commencing a regional RC program targeting shallow, near-surface gold mineralisation at several high-priority, untested prospects.
