Appointment of Voluntary Administrator

• Pro-Pac Packaging Ltd has appointed partners from McGrathNicol as voluntary administrators
• Administrators will work to stabilize operations and explore options for sale or recapitalization
• First statutory meeting of creditors expected by 3 November 2025

Pro-Pac Packaging Limited (ASX: PPG) has appointed partners from McGrathNicol as voluntary administrators of the group. The administrators, Keith Crawford, Rob Smith (AU entities only), Andrew Grenfell (NZ entities only) and Kare Johnstone (NZ entities only), will work closely with PPG's employees, suppliers, customers, financiers and other stakeholders to stabilize operations. Parties interested in recapitalizing PPG or acquiring one or more of its business units are invited to register their interest with the administrators. Suppliers to PPG are asked to supply only in accordance with the administrators' circular. The administrators are urgently engaging with stakeholders to maximize the prospect of a successful sale or recapitalization of PPG, or sales of its various business units, in order to enable the business to continue producing high-quality packaging solutions. A first statutory meeting of creditors is expected to take place by Monday, 3 November 2025.
