• Mad Paws to hold Scheme Meeting on 24 October 2025

Mad Paws Holdings Ltd (ASX:MPA) has announced that the Second Court Hearing to approve the proposed scheme of arrangement under which Rover Group, Inc. will acquire 100% of the shares in Mad Paws is scheduled to take place at 3:00pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 3 November 2025 at the Supreme Court of New South Wales. This follows the orders made by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 17 September 2025 that Mad Paws convene a meeting of the Mad Paws shareholders to consider and vote on the Scheme (Scheme Meeting) and approving the distribution of an explanatory statement providing information about the Scheme, including the Notice of Meeting (Scheme Booklet) to Mad Paws shareholders. The Scheme Meeting is expected to be held at 10:30am (Sydney time) on Friday, 24 October 2025. Any Mad Paws shareholder has a right to appear and be heard at the Second Court Hearing, and may oppose the approval of the Scheme. If a shareholder wishes to oppose the approval of the Scheme, they must file with the Court and serve on Mad Paws a notice of appearance in the prescribed form, together with any affidavit on which they wish to rely at the hearing.
