- Reiteration of FY26 guidance for ~35% or greater growth in platform subscription revenue and EBITDA breakeven
- Launch of AI-driven PolePilotâ„¢ capability within IKE Office Pro product
ikeGPS Group Limited (IKE) has provided a performance update for the six-months to 30 September 2025, reporting another strong period of growth. The company's exit run rate (ERR) of platform subscription revenue reached ~NZ$19.4m annualized, up 47% versus the prior corresponding period (pcp). Recognized platform subscription revenue grew 35% to ~NZ$8.8m. Total revenue was ~NZ$12.8m, up 5% versus pcp, with the lower margin services revenue component down due to volatility in the fibre communications market, which is expected to rebound. Gross margin increased to ~75%, up from 67% in the pcp, demonstrating the operating leverage in ikeGPS's software business model. The company reiterated its FY26 guidance for ~35% or greater growth in platform subscription revenue and EBITDA breakeven on a run-rate basis within 2H26. During the quarter, ikeGPS launched PolePilotâ„¢, a breakthrough AI-driven product capability that automates complex engineering workflows for utility pole analysis, driving significant productivity gains for customers. The company also completed a significantly oversubscribed NZ$26 million capital raise to accelerate growth initiatives, including investment in next-generation platform capabilities, sales and marketing, and customer success. With a strong balance sheet, leading product capabilities, and favorable market dynamics, ikeGPS is well-positioned to deliver sustained growth and capture an increasing share of the large and growing market for electric utility infrastructure software solutions.
