Coronado Global Resources Inc. (ASX: CRN) ('Coronado') advised that it has filed a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ('SEC'). The filing relates to confidential discussions Coronado had with an ad hoc group of holders of the company's 9.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 (the 'Notes'). Coronado entered into non-disclosure agreements with the ad hoc group that facilitated discussions regarding potential transactions involving the Notes. Pursuant to these agreements, Coronado has now publicly disclosed certain confidential information previously provided to the ad hoc group (the 'Cleansing Materials'). Coronado is not currently continuing negotiations with the ad hoc group. The Cleansing Materials were prepared solely to facilitate the discussions and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.
