SiteMinder Delivers Strong FY25 Results, Outlines Smart Platform Strategy
- Achieved accelerating growth, improving unit economics, and profitability in FY25
 - Embedding AI across the company to power the Smart Platform strategy
 - Expanding leadership team with new CTO and CDO to drive AI and data initiatives

SiteMinder's Chairman and CEO addressed the company's Annual General Meeting, reflecting on the strong financial and strategic progress made in the 2025 financial year. The company delivered accelerating growth, with revenue growing at a compound annual rate of over 22% on a constant currency and organic basis, while also flipping its underlying free cash flow from a $35 million outflow to a $4.7 million inflow. This pivotal shift demonstrates the strength and efficiency of SiteMinder's operating model and the adaptability of the entire team. The company is not just participating in the shift towards artificial intelligence (AI), but is actively embedding it across the organization to power its Smart Platform strategy. This includes deploying AI-powered tools to support and empower the team, as well as accelerating the development of the Smart Platform to equip hoteliers with AI-powered capabilities. To ensure the company can fully capitalize on this technological shift, SiteMinder has reinforced its Executive Leadership Team with the appointments of a new Chief Technology Officer and Chief Data Officer, both of whom are at the forefront of AI and data technologies. The company is also establishing a new data science center in Pune, India, which will be a vital hub for its AI and data practice. Looking ahead, SiteMinder is strategically positioned to accelerate revenue growth towards 30% while maintaining a relentless focus on improving profitability. The company's Smart Platform strategy, which includes initiatives such as the Smart Distribution Program, Channels Plus, and Dynamic Revenue Plus, is expected to contribute more meaningfully to top-line growth over the next few years, unlocking a significant revenue opportunity by deepening the company's relationship and value delivery to its current customers.
SiteMinder reaffirms its guidance for FY26, expecting to deliver strong ARR and revenue growth (on a constant currency and organic basis) while continuing to drive improvement across its underlying EBITDA, free cash flow, and Rule of 40 performance.
Over the medium term, as the Smart Platform initiatives scale and mature, SiteMinder is strategically positioned to accelerate revenue growth towards 30%, while relentlessly maintaining its focus on improving profitability every step of the way.
