BPH Global, a plant-based biotechnology company, has released its Appendix 4C and Quarterly Activities Report for the period ended 30 September 2025. During the quarter, the company maintained strong engagement with prospective investors, culminating in a successful $1.1 million capital raising. The funds will be used to support the company's growth initiatives. BPH Global continued to build momentum in its Indonesian seaweed operations, reporting strong sales growth throughout the quarter, including the company's first international export to a major Chinese manufacturer. The company also established a new seaweed supply agreement with the Maluku Provisional Government, which will support the development of its seaweed-based bio-stimulant products. Additionally, the company made progress on its R&D programs, including the development of probiotic and postbiotic seaweed-based beverages in collaboration with Singapore Polytechnic, and the extraction and analysis of seaweed components for bio-stimulant formulations in partnership with Temasek Polytechnic. The company ended the quarter with approximately $0.619 million in cash, up from $0.152 million at the end of the previous quarter.

BPH Global will continue to focus on expanding its seaweed operations in Indonesia, including scaling production, broadening customer reach, and establishing additional supply agreements. The company will also progress the commercialization of its seaweed-based probiotic and postbiotic beverages, as well as the development of its seaweed-derived bio-stimulant products.
