DXN Limited ('DXN' or 'the Company'), a prefabricated modular data centre specialist, is pleased to announce the signing of a $1.8 million contract to deliver a prefabricated modular Cable Landing Station (CLS) for an international digital infrastructure project. Under the contract, DXN will design, build, and deploy the prefabricated modular CLS. The design and build phases will be undertaken at the Company's Perth facility, with construction commencing in November 2025 and shipment currently scheduled for February 2026. On-site commissioning is expected to be completed by May 2026. DXN was selected for its expertise in delivering secure, prefabricated data infrastructure solutions. The Company sees significant growth potential in the CLS market, particularly as underserviced regions expand connectivity networks to improve access to high-capacity, cost-efficient digital services. Cable Landing Stations play a critical role in connecting international subsea cables to terrestrial networks, facilitating digital transformation and economic growth across diverse markets.

DXN is confident of delivering revenue growth in FY26; however, this will be weighted towards the second half of the financial year.
