DroneShield Limited (ASX:DRO) has announced that it has received a $25.3 million contract from a privately owned in-country reseller that is contractually required to distribute the products to a Government defence end customer in a Latin American (LATAM) country. DroneShield expects to deliver all equipment throughout Q4 2025 and Q1 2026, with cash payment expected in the same timeframe. No additional material conditions need to be satisfied. This is the 8th standalone order DroneShield has received from this reseller since 2019, totaling approximately $2.9 million. DroneShield confirms that the identity of the counterparty/customer is not information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the company's securities, and that the announcement contains all material information relevant to assessing the impact of the contract.
