Auric Mining Limited (ASX: AWJ) has announced the first gold sales from its Munda Gold Mine. The company sold a total of 1,790 ounces of gold on 31 October and 3 November 2025 at an average price of A$6,130 per ounce, generating just below A$11 million in gross revenue. This represents an excellent start to production at the Munda Gold Mine, with the company ahead of schedule and expecting to receive the first cash from these initial sales this week. The first toll campaign at Black Cat Syndicate Ltd's Lakewood Mill was completed on 2 November 2025, with approximately 59,000 tonnes milled. Auric is now planning for a second processing campaign in the new year to deal with the remaining 65,000-tonne contract balance. With the Starter Pit campaign complete, Auric will commence detailed planning and scoping for the Munda Main Pit, with work scheduled to begin in Q1/2026. The company sees the Main Pit as a major opportunity to expand production and reinforce its ambition to build into an integrated, sustainable, mid-sized gold producer.
Auric is ahead of schedule and thrilled to be delivering its first cash from Munda this week, which the company sees as a great close to the year. With Munda continuing to perform well, this also sets the tone for an excellent start to 2026.
