Aeris Resources Limited (ASX: AIS) has announced that it will be conducting a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to provide eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand the opportunity to acquire up to A$30,000 worth of fully paid, ordinary shares in the company. The SPP will raise a maximum of $10 million, with shares priced at $0.45 each, representing a 13.5% discount to the closing price on 28 October 2025 and a 16.6% discount to the 5-day VWAP. Eligible shareholders can apply for $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $20,000 or $30,000 worth of shares. The SPP is not underwritten, but the directors reserve the right to place any shortfall to other interested investors. The funds raised will be used for general working capital purposes.
