Stellar Resources Ltd (ASX: SRZ) has requested an immediate trading halt on its securities to enable the company to prepare and release a market announcement regarding a capital raise. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, or when the announcement regarding the capital raise is released to the market. The company has stated that the trading halt is necessary to assist it in managing its continuous disclosure obligations, as it expects to make an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raise. Stellar Resources Ltd has confirmed that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
