Revenues from continuing operations were up 4.9% to $3,710.1 million, while net profit from continuing operations increased 151.7% to $147.2 million. Profit after tax excluding individually material items was up 16.9% to $379.6 million. The company announced a final dividend of 9.5 cents per share unfranked, to be paid on 16 December 2025. During the year, Dyno Nobel progressed the structural separation of its Dyno Nobel explosives business and Incitec Pivot Fertilisers business, completing the sale of the IPF Distribution business to Ridley Corporation. The company also completed the strategic review of its Australian fertilisers manufacturing assets, with manufacturing at Geelong ceasing operations in October 2025. The sale process for Phosphate Hill is continuing, and the company bought back shares valued at $281.6 million during the financial year.
