• Jason Martinez appointed as new Managing Director and CEO
• Over 20 years' experience in diagnostic imaging, health and medical sectors

Integral Diagnostics Ltd (IDX) has announced the appointment of Jason Martinez as its next Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Mr Martinez will join IDX in 2026 after the current CEO, Dr Ian Kadish, retires at the end of FY26. Mr Martinez has over 20 years of experience in the diagnostic imaging, health and medical sectors, including most recently as the Executive General Manager for NSW, ACT and WA at I-MED Radiology. In this role, he oversaw significant acquisitions, generated growth, improved efficiency and delivered exceptional patient and radiologist NPS scores. Prior to I-MED, he held roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at Konekt (now APM Group), Head of Specialist Services Medical Centres at Healius Limited, and Practice Director at Ineum Consulting. Mr Martinez holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Macquarie University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. IDX Chair Toby Hall stated that the Board is confident in Mr Martinez's ability to guide the business forward and build on the excellent legacy left by the retiring Dr Kadish. Mr Martinez said he is honoured to be joining IDX and is excited about the opportunity to help shape the next chapter for the company.
