Locate Technologies Limited (ASX: LOC) ('Locate Technologies' or the 'Company') has provided an update on the proposed acquisition of the company by Locate Technologies Limited (a company incorporated in New Zealand) ('Locate NZ'). The acquisition is to be implemented by way of a scheme of arrangement. Locate Technologies has previously released an explanatory statement, including information about the Scheme and the notice of Scheme meeting, on 31 October 2025 ('Scheme Booklet'). Subject to Locate Technologies shareholders approving the Scheme by the requisite majority at the Scheme meeting to be held virtually at 10:00am (Sydney Time) on Monday, 1 December 2025, notice is hereby given that the court hearing to approve the scheme of arrangement between Locate Technologies and its shareholders ('Second Court Hearing') will take place at 3:00pm (Sydney Time) on the same day, 1 December 2025, at the Supreme Court of New South Wales ('Court') in Sydney. Locate Technologies shareholders have the right to appear and be heard at the Second Court Hearing and may oppose approval of the Scheme at that time. If a shareholder wishes to oppose approval of the Scheme by the Court, they must file with the Court and serve on Locate Technologies a notice of appearance in the prescribed form, together with any affidavit on which they wish to rely, at least 1 day before the Second Court Hearing.
