Pro-Pac Packaging Limited (ASX: PPG) has announced that as a result of the appointment of Administrators, the role of Chief Executive Officer has been made redundant. Ian Shannon's last day with Pro-Pac was Friday, 7 November 2025. The Administrators, McGrathNicol partners Keith Crawford, Rob Smith, Andrew Grenfell, and Kare Johnstone, have been appointed to manage and oversee Pro-Pac's operations. The Administrators have also announced that on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, orders were made by the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of New Zealand to extend the period within which the Administrators can convene the second meetings of PPG creditors by six months, with other ancillary orders also made.
