Locate Technologies Limited (ASX: LOC) ('Locate Technologies' or the 'Company') has issued a correction to the announcement made earlier today on 11 November 2025 titled 'Notice of Second Court Hearing'. The key amendments are:- The Second Court Hearing was incorrectly stated in the earlier announcement as being scheduled for Monday, 1 December 2025, when it should have been Wednesday, 10 December 2025 at 3:00pm (Sydney time).- The announcement has also been updated to amend the footnote, which now correctly reflects that the Second Court Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, 10 December 2025 at 3:00pm (Sydney time). The footnote clarifies that the Second Court Hearing may not take place at this time or date if all of the conditions precedent to the Scheme (other than approval of the Scheme at the Second Court Hearing) have not been satisfied or waived (as applicable) before 8:00am (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 10 December 2025.Locate Technologies shareholders have the right to appear and be heard at the Second Court Hearing and may oppose approval of the Scheme at the Second Court Hearing. If a shareholder wishes to oppose approval of the Scheme by the Court at the Second Court Hearing, they must file with the Court, and serve on Locate Technologies, a notice of appearance in the prescribed form, together with any affidavit on which they wish to rely at the hearing. The notice of appearance and affidavit must be served on Locate Technologies at its address for service at least 1 day before the date fixed for the Second Court Hearing.
