FleetPartners Group Limited (ASX:FPR) today announced the acquisition of Remunerator, a well-regarded salary packaging and novated lease provider with more than three decades of industry experience. The transaction introduces new salary packaging capability and strengthens FleetPartners' competitive position in the novated leasing market. Remunerator delivers a full-suite salary packaging platform underpinned by proprietary technology, supported by a long-standing customer base and a strong service reputation. The acquisition broadens FleetPartners' product and system capability, expanding growth channels and engagement opportunities with both existing and new customers. The total purchase consideration includes an upfront payment of $31.4 million, representing 5.9x LTM September 2025 EBITDA, and up to $8.6 million in deferred and contingent consideration. The acquisition will be funded from existing cash and debt facilities and is expected to be low single-digit EPS accretive on a pre-synergy basis.
