WhiteHawk Limited (ASX:WHK), a global AI-based cybersecurity exchange, is establishing a dedicated APEC sales and delivery office in Perth, Western Australia, commencing November 10th. This move will allow continuous collaboration with Novera, DoxAI, ECCOI and engagement with a breadth of APEC Region Clients. WhiteHawk is also signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Novera, an Australian firm with expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Under the MOU, the two companies will co-develop an integrated cybersecurity and governance platform optimized for Australian organizations and government agencies, addressing the intersection of cyber risk, data protection, and AI governance. The partnership combines WhiteHawk's proprietary Cyber Risk Assessment and Management Platform with Novera's deep knowledge of the Australian legal, ethical and regulatory environment. Together, they will establish a Joint Venture to further develop, commercialize and manage the intellectual property created under the collaboration. Following the Australian launch, the parties will evaluate opportunities to localize the platform for other jurisdictions, supporting sovereign AI and data governance initiatives globally.
