Orcoda Announces Managing Director Succession
- Geoff Jamieson to step down as Managing Director after 13 years
- Patrick Bodegraven appointed as new Managing Director
- Jamieson to remain as CFO and Executive Director in a part-time capacity
Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA), a leading provider of integrated smart technology solutions in transport logistics, workforce logistics and transport infrastructure, has announced the appointment of Mr. Patrick Bodegraven as the new Managing Director, effective 17 November 2025. Mr. Geoff Jamieson, the current Managing Director, has decided to step down from the role after 13 years in the position. However, Mr. Jamieson will remain with the company as CFO and Executive Director in a part-time capacity to support Mr. Bodegraven through the transition period and beyond as required. Orcoda Chairman Brendan Mason acknowledged Mr. Jamieson's enormous contribution to the company, including his role in several successful mergers and acquisitions and his steady leadership during challenging periods such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The Board believes that Mr. Bodegraven is the right person to succeed Mr. Jamieson and lead the company into its next growth phase. Mr. Bodegraven has held senior leadership roles with global technology leaders, including Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, SAP, Lexmark, and Deloitte Consulting, and has a proven record of building high-performing business units. Mr. Bodegraven expressed his excitement about the opportunity to lead Orcoda and his gratitude for Mr. Jamieson's continued involvement in the business.
