Airtasker Limited (ASX:ART) has announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with iHeartMedia, Inc. (NASDAQ:IHRT), America's no.1 audio media company with over 276 million monthly listeners. The new agreement will provide Airtasker USA Inc with an additional US$5.0 million (A$7.6 million) in media and advertising inventory over 2 years, in exchange for a 3-year US$5.0 million issuer-convertible note with a 5.0% coupon. This builds on the initial US$5.0 million partnership launched in 2024, which helped Airtasker reach a A$7.5 million GMV annualised run rate in the US by June 2025. The expanded partnership will enable Airtasker to further promote its brand through iHeartMedia's 860 broadcast and streaming stations reaching 9 out of 10 Americans monthly, its #1 podcast network globally with over 378 million monthly downloads, and potential for promotion at major events like the iHeartRadio Music Awards and iHeartRadio Music Festival. Airtasker CEO Tim Fung commented that the partnership will provide the resources needed to scale Airtasker's mission in the US, the world's biggest market.
