Krakatoa Resources Ltd has issued a prospectus for the offer of up to 147,619,024 new options to participants in the Company's recent $3.1 million Placement, on the basis of one free new option for every two new shares subscribed for and issued under the Placement. The prospectus also includes an offer of 90,000,000 new options to the Joint Lead Managers of the Placement, Ignite Equity Pty Ltd and GBA Capital Pty Ltd, as part consideration for their services. No application monies are payable for the grant of the new options, and no funds will be raised by the Company in connection with the offers unless and until the new options are exercised in due course. The offers are not underwritten. Shareholder approval for the issue of the new options was obtained at the Company's General Meeting on 31 October 2025. The new options will be exercisable at $0.02 each on or before 29 September 2028, and the shares issued upon exercise will rank equally with the Company's existing shares.
