HeraMED Ltd has requested a trading halt on its ordinary shares quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) effective immediately on 21 November 2025. The trading halt has been requested pending an announcement by HeraMED regarding a strategic partnership agreement. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, HeraMED has stated that the trading halt is being sought to assist in managing its disclosure obligations and to maintain an orderly market in the trading of the Company's shares. HeraMED has requested that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the opening of trade on Tuesday, 25 November 2025 or the release of an announcement by the Company. HeraMED has confirmed that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
